Take a relaxing trip down the Platte River. It takes you through Loon Lake, right to the shore of Lake Michigan. No fast currents, so don't be concerned about hitting any white water. Anyone can do it, no special skills are needed!

Choose a canoe trip down the world famous Platte River for a unique adventure. All equipment and supplies can be rented just down the road at RIVERSIDE CANOE TRIPS or, THE TRADING POST. Both listed in the phone book and both less than a mile from the cottage. No special skills needed.
